.pbc files

I need some help to open a .pbc file. I dont know what it is.
I had some video files on my computer and my mamu did something and everything vanished. all that is left is this file called PROMPTbackup-2-6-2008.pbc
does enyone know how to open it???? help please

just opne this link in a browser window and download the file
Its a "ZIP" File
extract that file ..i.e unzip it and install this software...

This player can read freakin every file on this planet .. so it will read this video file also .. its your best best..
