every atrist will have a different set of rules ..
so i suggest every artist should post his rules in the begining of his/her creations topic ..

as far as the main rules and regulations thread is concerned ..
these are the default rules that most designers assign:
- respect eachohter's creations
- avoid off topic discussions
- credit (if asked by the designer)
- prevent copying/editing sigs & if you get inspired then mention it .. there's no shame in being inspired by someone
