<New Year resolutions are meant to be broken. But, somehow, in 2009 we get the feeling that almost everyone will mean what they say... and strive to

do what they promise.Maybe the aftermath, the memory of 26/11 is responsible for this. But Mumbai wants change, people want change in their lives, and the terror attacks on the city — that could have claimed anyone — have made people realise that life is unpredictable. You have to seize every moment and live it to its fullest. That’s what the stars and opinion-makers of bollywood have said in this poll conducted by BT on the eve of 2009. Read them and make up your minds to be the change in your life that you are so desperately craving for...

To be like a King’
I have many New Year resolutions. Like, to work hard, get better physical health, and make more smiles happen through my work. And I have hopes as well... like, I hope knight riders wins the IPL, my film Billu Barber does well, I hope I am able to make all the films happen that I want to. May the kids learn a new thing or two this year... hope they are healthy and positive about the world they live in... hope that my friends have happiness surrounding them... and, of course, I hope to win some awards this year, take some holidays with my children... just them and me. And generally give and forgive... like a King... not get and forget God... may all who suffered in 2008 find a positive ray of light in the New Year...
