please help me. im going to wedding in india and need to los more than 2 stone ( maybe 3) and i understand that this is hard and havent got enuff time but i need to even if it involves artkins diet or something anything its a must. so please can saomeone tell me how..and pls dont tell me not to do it.its a must. im currently a size 16 and am only 5ft 3.
please help

well try running .. ppl loose so much weight thru running on treadmill..join a gym or otherwise "Run on spot" like keep on runnin at a spot .there is no better exercise then running .. I doubt thru dieting u will loose much and even if u do ur face will show that u dieted

i dnt fink dieting is a good way of loosing weight, as they affect you mentally making you lose out all the valuable nutrients that your body needs to maintain its function effectively.
a reason why a person becomes overweight in the first place is due to high level of carbohydrates that contain bad saturate fats that the body cannot digest. therefore they get stored as excess fat around your muscle, making you look fat.
the only way you can actually lose that fat is by eating healthy diet that contains a balanced diet, not to forget excersing as they play a vital role in digestion.
but if u like an example of a balanced diet, then do something like have a cereal in the morning like corn flakes, or wheatabrix or porridges not those kiddies cereal like coco pops, or frosties etc, that contain high level of sugars. then night time have a normal meal like vegetable soup, and make sure you have lots of fruits and dink lots of water, not frizzy drinks because they also play a role being obese, and then sleep 3hours later. an back to lunch, i would say that eat what you want providing the carbs arent bad eg frying food, red meat etc. as for excersing make sure u excersie atleast an hour for a day, this could be running, dancing, aerobics. hopefully you will see a difference

well first off u need to have self discipline.
I lost a lot of weight in uni simply by getting up in the mornings, hitting the gym
and coming back and eating on time.
That was it!
- drink a lot of water throughout the day, wen u get hungry have a glass of water b/c sometimes ur body is just dehydrated and we mistake it as hunger
- like everyone above said, do running! running is the fastest way to lose weight
- eat properly and avoid eating late, like make it a plan to not eat after 7pm or if u do get hungry, then to just have some fruit or something light.
Other than that, keeep track of how much weight u lose, like at the end of the week weigh yourself and see how well u did.
Good luck hun, but overall feel good about urself that ur trying to make a healthier change in ur lifestyle.

honestly DIYA999 just eat very healthy, and eat smaller portions more often, and try to avoid fatty foods, junk foods and such, but u also gotta exercise..so runnning is a good idea..maybe a lgiht jog in the morning time, but u gotta make shure u are eating properly or else all that running will be good for nuthing..

I did it, it was easy
Play lots of football....if you dont play then try the follwoing:
Cut out soft drinks
Eat exactly 3 times a day - eat from a small plate so that if you fill it up, you will trick your brain to thinking you've eaten a lot
Drink half a pint of water before you eat, helps you get full quicker
Burn calories by sweating - you will have to exercise, can't escape it
Don't sit down after eating, walk it off
Watch your calorie intake
You have to burn off more than you take in

Hii..Here are 3 simple rules to lose 1-2 stone..
You need to eat 40 or more grams of fiber each day,Eat less dairy products or choose those with less fat content i.e. cottage cheese
Jump on a mini-trampoline at home, Drink lots of water during the day and before, during and after exercise, you should drink at least 8 big glasses of water per 24 hours
Eat 3 apples a day,Apples are just about the perfect snack. Low in calories, yet high in fiber and water content

hey i would suggest something called acai berry if you research in to it it is actually works unlike other fake diet supplements but u do have to eat a bit more healthy
