Acid Factory has met an unfavourable, acidic fate at the box office in spite of having an interesting cast of people, most of them desperate for a big hit. They have burnt their fingers with Acid Factory. While Irrfan and Manoj Bajpayee will always be around because of their talent, we take a look at what the future holds for the rest of the team.

Dia Mirza: Poor thing worked her ass off to look hot in the film. She does look smouldering but her performance is icy. This was supposed to be her big re-launch but the film has tanked. She has a special appearance in Kurbaan and she probably plays the nut in Fruit ‘n’ Nut, a film no one is excited about. Shoojit Sirkar’s Shoebite is another prominent film. Miss Mirza has a bunch of films lined up but they aren’t highly-anticipated and she isn’t the solo female lead.

Fardeen Khan: He sleepwalked through Acid Factory but has the daunting task of making people laugh in All The Best because he can hardly emote! The remake of Qurbani has been put on hold. It’s high time Fardeen stopped ‘acting’ and became a hands-on, stay-at-home daddy. He mustn’t stop going to the gym otherwise he will bloat up to unrecognizable proportions chomping down his wife’s pasta and sandwiches.
