Priyanka Chopra has been falling ill often. Due to her hectic schedule, she has fainted quite a few times and has had tummy trouble too. To find a cure, she has turned to spirituality. Over the weekend, she attended a bhajan-kirtan session at a suburban Gurudwara on the eve of Guru Nanak Jayanti. It was hosted by her father. A friend of the actress told us, “Priyanka has been falling ill quite often so she wants to pray for good health. Her career has been going great guns and she fells blessed to do so much work so she wanted to thank God for everything.”
This morning, Priyanka has left for Ajmer with her mates, Tamanna Sharma and Kaminey producer Mubinna Rattonsey. Her family is also going with her and they will visit the world-renowned Ajmeri Dargah Sharif. On her Twitter account, she wrote, ‘Off to Ajmer shariff with my family!! It's a calling!’ It is said that you can make plans for the longest time to visit the shrine of Khwaja Garib Nawaz in Ajmer but you will only go when the Universe ordains you to go.

Priyanka Chopra had also visited the Siddhivinayak Temple in South Mumbai before the release of Fashion. The music of the film was launched there. Katrina Kaif is another actor who is spiritually inclined. She visits the Ajmeri Sharif and Siddhivinayak Temple along with a church before release of her films.
Once Priyanka returns, she will start shooting for Siddharth Anand’s Anjana-Anjani opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Thailand followed by a schedule in the US.
